I was previously at Mk hospital for diabetes care over 10 years sgo and thought it was awful. Nowadays the exact opposite. The Insulin Pump Consultants and Nurses are the best. I have lived in Wales and a few places in the last 30 years of being a T1 and honestly I have never met such good, wonderful care as I get from the Insulin Pump care team. They are wonderful. The team are forward thinking, and listen and are warm and compassionate too. I have never had such wonderful care from any diabetes clinic in 30 years. I was concerned about going back to Zmilton Keynes hospital after my previous experience of the diabetes team. However, I can honestly say they are the best I have ever experienced now.
