"My feedback of Bluebell B Ward"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Came to Bluebell B ward yesterday 13.05.2015 at 6pm. Nurse couldn't answer any of my questions regarding my fathers care I am next of Kin and my father has given consent for me to obtain care related information. I asked for Nurse in charge and they said I am the Nurse in charge. I am disappointed with the service provided and the Nurse had a very disgusting attitude. Also I believe there was a lack on basic clinical knowledge however, being the Nurse in charge you should know this.
