"Nottingham Recovery collage"

I made aware of the services at the Nottingham recovery collage after suffering bouts of anxiety & depression by a mental health worker at the local hospital and my GP, I attended an open day where I was met by a tutor who talked me through the courses on offer, we decided on a plan of action which involved me attending the collage over six weeks, two hour sessions once per week, attending the collage has been one of the best moves I've made as it helped me realise that I can recover, there was no pressure but on me to participate in the group activities but I felt so comfortable shearing my thoughts/fears with the group that I wanted to join in. I would recommend this college to anyone within the catchment area
