"When I was at my weakest and most vulnerable they nursed me"

About: Western General Hospital (Edinburgh)

(as the patient),

I underwent brain surgery at WGH. The care and attention I received from all levels of staff - surgeons, doctors, nurses, care assistants and 'tea' ladies was outstanding.

When I was at my weakest and most vulnerable they nursed me and encouraged every little thing I attempted to do.

I cannot praise the staff on ward 33 enough for helping me through the early stages of recovery. The nurses are a credit to their profession.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comments. I will share this with all of the staff you mention. I know they will appreciate your kind words very much.

I hope you are making a good recovery.

Best Wishes

Melanie
