I just wanted to write to thank the staff of the emergency department at GWH. We came in with out 4 year old son, Tom, on Weds evening (13/05/15) after he had a suspected seizure. We were seen promptly, by the nurse and a fantastic doctor. We were able to go home with Tom later on, although we were offered the option of Tom being transferred to the ward for observation. Tom is disabled, has no speech and has learning disabilities. He was treated with great patience and kindness, by all the staff involved, and Tom, my husband, and I wanted to thank all of them.
