"generally clean"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

generally clean

What could be improved

shower cubicles and toilets need to be refurbished

Midwifes need to be trained to think about new mothers psychological status and not to scare them with information.

some of the postnatal ward beds are in dark even in daylight, some beds were not suitable, some beds are near washing sink and clinical waste bins making it unhygenic

Meals-especially breakfast is not adequate in nutrition and portion size. Lack of canteen facility in the building or ordering extra if necessary

Anything else?

Midwife training should be a big part as between individuals it differes so much, it all depends on who cares for you and it should be same from everyone.
