"Why don't they answer the phone."

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus

It's Wednesday 13th May. I have an appointment tomorrow which I cannot attend. I have been phoning since Friday 8th May and have still not got through. Today (13th) I started ringing at 9am and it is now 3.30pm . No answer still. So what do I do.? Appalling.

Unfortunately, because of the way NHS Choices moderates its posts before they are published, we have only received your comment today (15 May). Although it won’t help for your appointment on 13 May, if you need assistance with rearranging or cancelling an appointment in the future you can contact PALS (our patient advice and liaison service) on 0800 183 0204 or email pals@nuh.nhs.uk and they will be able to assist you. We have passed your feedback to the Urology department so they are aware of the difficulty in phoning.
