I would like to thank everyone at St Michael's Hayle for the care I received from the moment I entered the hospital until the moment I left.
Most of the last 30 years I have spent working all around the world and the NHS is unrivalled for the excellence of service and care given. Hopefully this and future governments will give the NHS the financial support that it deserves.
