Feedback received from a service user and her husband:

Service User: 'No one has ever helped as much as your team has, better than any GP, psychiatrist… I cant thank you all enough, you’ve helped me more than I could have ever expected’

Husband said 'I can’t remember the last time I have had to call out of hour’s GP, which was a regular occasion before IRIS input'
