From the first appointment with my consultant and the team, through the operation, to the six week post operative appointment I was given five star treatment. The whole team were thoroughly professional and efficient with a manner which inspired confidence. I cannot praise all of them highly enough. Special mention has to be given to one member of staff who visited at home and was wonderful. When the diagnosis you dread is given you need the help of professionals plus someone to answer any questions( however silly they may seem) these they provide with quiet confidence and understanding. Thank you once again to my consultant and everyone involved..I will never forget you.

Just to inform you, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are holding two public listening events on: Tuesday 26 May 2015 at The Mount Hotel, Mount Road, Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton. WV6 8HL at 6.30pm and Wednesday 27 May 2015 at St Luke's Church and Community Centre, Parish Office, Church Street, Cannock, Staffordshire WS11 1DE at 6.30pm Any feedback that you can provide to the CQC would be very much appreciated.
