My husband suffered a heart attack last week while we were visiting up here and we can't express enough our thanks and amazement at the great care and efficient dedicated treatment he received from the moment we phoned 999 through the process. He had three stents fitted and all this between Thursday and Saturday. Everything was explained to us both, at the RVI, where he was first admitted to, by the rapid response and ambulance men and then the amazing care he got at the Freeman. Everybody up here told us if this was to happen, we were in the right place due to the Freemans record as a centre of excellence and we are very very grateful that this was so. We just hope the same can be said of the follow up in Yorkshire, but, can I reassure anyone else in our frightening position that they will be in the best hands and these hands from beginning to end, can be trusted implicitly. Thank you so much.
"Gratitude for great care"
