What I liked

I have seen consultants/registrars in 3 departments of Northwick Park - Endocrinology, ENT and Urology and have found all to be very good indeed. Well mannered, knowledgeable and keen to treat the conditions I presented with.

What could be improved

The attitude of the receptionists, particularly in Outpatient clinics is poor to say the least. More often than not patients are getting in the way of their personal conversations.

We were pleased to learn that you found the medical staff who treated you at the Trust to be well mannered and knowledgable, and your kind comments will be relayed to the departments concerned. However, we were concerned to learn that the attitude of reception staff, especially in clinic areas, was poor. Your feedback will be passed to the appropriate manager for action.
