i came to this hospital for first time after visiting south shields hospital and the difference between customer care support and help went far beyond my expectations, staff were polite looked has if they cared far more than they did in south shields. You all were kind and very friendly and if i have to choose an hospital for treatment or to end my days on it would be Sunderland i hope i don't go yet but i t would be my first choice. Well done
