"Inappropriate language"

About: Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

My partner had a heart attack in March. While we were in the ambulance the ambulance man said that ' it is all those eastern Europeans who have taken our pensions'. I tried to tell him that this was not true but he carried on saying 'it was there fault. ' Both my partner and I were very upset by his language.
