I have just spent 7 days in Fairfield General Hospital I was taken there as an emergency after collapsing at the wheel of my car on the M66. I was admitted on the 2nd May 2007 diagnosed with a Heart Block had a Pacemaker fitted on the 8th May 2007 and was discharged on the 9th of May.
I cannot speak too highly of the treatment I received from all the Medical staff Doctors, Nurses, Auxiliary staff, Ambulance personnel I was treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration at all times.
I was on Ward 1 and all the staff were brilliant every one of the patients i spoke to were of the same opinion as myself and that is all the staff act above and beyond the call of duty it is very comforting when you are sick to receive this care and attention and they all deserve a medal. Well Done Fairfield Hospital I will be forever in your debt.
