"A visit to Arrowe Park Hospital"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

(as other),

I was sitting waiting in the Foyer for someone who was having tests done. Whilst waiting a lady was with another lady either waiting for a lift or waiting for a taxi to arrive. She was standing by the doors in the main part of the hospital. She had a very bad back and was holding on to her companion for support.

She suddenly collapsed to the floor and the speed of response from staff at the hospital was outstanding. Within seconds there were two senior doctors and two juniors present, plus a nurse with a chair. Their teamwork and speed of response was outstanding.

I was very impressed with their care and concern for this lady.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are extremely grateful that you have taken the time to provide this feedback.

Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience whilst at the hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated. We have passed your kind sentiments to staff in our Main Entrance.
