What I liked
I have used the Phlebotomy and ultrasound services here and have found almost all the staff to be rude and short with me. This is despite my efforts to be as polite and concise as possible and had made an effort to be early for appointments. Manners cost nothing so I fail to understand how this can affect the NHS finances.
