"Niece of aunt being treated in George Perkins"

About: St Thomas' Hospital (London)

My Great Aunt recently broke her ankle and was admitted due to her frailty. On visiting I was truly overwhelmed by all the staff there, from the two physio's, the nurses and ward sister to the porters and Dr who fixed her ankle, they all made a huge impact. Working in healthcare myself, I was so happy to see the level of care I try to deliver, not only to my aunt, but all the patients in the ward. Very impressed.

It is lovely to hear that your experiences of so many hospital staff and services were consistently positive. I have shared your comments with the senior staff responsible for Orthopaedics, Physiotherapy and Portering, who will be pleased share with their teams.
