"Disatisfied with Hospital as a whole"

Having been to Scarborough Hospital twice now I find it really depressing that staff always seem very curt and putting it quite bluntly miserable (with the exception of the consultant we deal with). The hospital looks tired and worn and found 2 of the hand sanitizers I tried to use today in the foyer of outpatients empty. Did report to receptionist but they were totally disinterested. Dread every time I have to go there. I know how demanding it must be to work in these places but as a patient it would really make a difference if staff were at least a little friendly and approachable.
