"Dedication of Staff on Chest Clinic Out-Patients"

I have visited this department on a regular basis with my husband, who is the patient, for over two years and I am astounded at the dedication of the staff. The appointment times have sometimes over-run by more than an hour & the nurses have offered to make tea, coffee etc. for patients. Every time, when applicable, an apology was the first thing offered by the Consultant & their Staff. A team of wonderful, down to earth people who are caring, dedicated & outstanding in their attitude to and understanding of patients. A few words on a review form could not possibly give a holistic view of this department. From the receptionists through to the Specialist Nurses, General Nurses and beyond I have a lot of respect for the team on this department. My thanks go to them all.
