"friendly staff"

I had a colonoscopy on this Saturday (9/5/15) and was very impressed with how the clinic was ran and the friendliness of the staff. The staff were obviously busy but worked well under pressure. They took the time to engage in friendly conversation with me, had an (appropriate) sense of humour and put me at ease prior and during the procedure. I was discharged quickly and given to appropriate information. Thanks to all the staff on ward 25E. I'd be grateful if you could pass this message on.
