"End of life care for parent"

I want to thank the staff on ward B47 for their exemplary care of my father recently. I could not have asked for more compassion or understanding. They were always helpful and attentive at this very difficult time. The ward deals with some very difficult patients and the staff operated with dedication and very high levels of patience. At a time when it seems everyone wants to complain I thought it important that I expressed my appreciation. Thanks again.
