Went to Homerton University Hospital a few days ago with my girlfriend to see the bariatric and obesity specialists, from the welcoming greeting at the reception area to the out patient staff, nurses and lead doctors/surgeons everybody was so nice... Almost too nice lol. Our local hospital is in Basildon, Essex but they to not have the treatment facilities we need, comparing Basildon to Homerton is like comparing a Ferrari to a Ford, the difference in cleanliness and service is that great! I understand not everybodies experience here will be as great as ours, and mistakes obviously do happen here but we found this hospital to be a breath of fresh air compared to what we're used to, local residents should thank their lucky stars that they have this shinning example of NHS care right on their doorstep.
"A pleasant surprise"
