What could be improved

my son was referred by my GP to Barnet hospital paediatric team due to severe eczema and projectile vomiting. we were shock when the peadiatrician told us that my son doesnt have eczema and the vomiting is normal considering my son have been diagnosed with eczema since birth in royalfree hospital and we have been to a&e for the severe vomiting. the manner they talk to us is very humiliating, they are very Arrogant and dont want to listen. I would never ever go back to barnet hospital. i would never entrust my son to this hospital and even in an emergency chances are ur better off to a different hospital.

Anything else?

I hope the chief executive of barnet hospital realize that its the uncaring, unrespectful and Arrogant staff is the downfall of this hospital.
