About: Scunthorpe General Hospital

Been trying to contact the pain Clinic for over a week now... Phone just rings and rings and no one answers, when you do get chance to leave a voice message no one bothers ringing you back. It's a very poor service, this was all after appointment cancelled on the day of the operation and they didn't even have the decency to tell me prior to turning up. I've waited well over the time scale for my operation and the lack of communication from the clinic receptionist only adds to the already bad service
