With all the stick TGH. has had over the years I would just like to say what fantastic treatment my partner received on our recent visit to the Ear Nose and Throat department, She was refered by our Gp with a lump in the back of her neck. On arriving she was seen by a Doctor who checked her out before sending for a scan, which was in the room next door. This was performed by another consultant, who took their time to explain everything they were doing which put my partner and myself at ease, After the scan they told us it was nothing to worry about. The friendliness we receive off both consultants and staff was nothing less than brilliant. Thank you Tameside General Hospital and all the staff at Ear Nose and Throat.
