"Made a bad situation worse"

My partner (now housemate) was here for 6 weeks. There was little treatment offered, which resulted in the usual kick offs from him. We weren't kept informed on any issues & then they sent him to Liverpool. I pity anyone who ends up in Macc, care is lacking & understanding is zero for patients & families
