Prescribed medication in February 2014 by R. Gwent Cardiology. My GP was written to stating that I would be reviewed in 4 months. Despite phone calls from myself and letters from my GP, 15 months later, no monitoring, no review just cancelled appointments. They have gone past delays and now sailing nicely into neglect. I have been attending R. Gwent Cardiology since I was a baby 60 yrs ago so am well positioned to monitor its decline, shame they are not monitoring mine.
