"Just the best GP practice"

After having to use a GP facility in another part of Edinburgh for years where it was a nightmare trying to get an appointment or get past the dreaded receptionist, it is a sheer pleasure to be a patient at Cramond Surgery in Edinburgh. The receptionists are so helpful, the cheery nursing staff are a delight to deal with & are proactive in their part of the treatment process & the Drs manage to see you if you truly need an appointment. And for my husband, who can at times need a lot of medical help, they do whatever is necessary in such a nice manner. This is a great example of a well run practice with just the best of NHS staff.
