Having had some negative experiences at various points in my healthcare providers over the years I thought it would be important to give a plaudit where it is needed.

I had an appointment today at the Princess Royal University Hosptial with a Helder Pereria who is under the Kings College team- he showed not only passion for what he does but care for his individual patients and really made me feel confident and comfortable with moving forward. I would highly rate this Dr. Thank you for your support today.

Thank you for your very positive comments about your experience during your attendance today. Mr Pereria is the senior lead for the cardiology service you atended and I am glad that his expertise was evident in the care that you received. I will of course pass your comments on to his managers.

Thank you. I'd really appreciate you passing on the message. He is a credit to the cardiology team.

A lot of doctors/health care workers (throughout the country ) could learn from his approach / manner - with the increasing demand on the nhs and strains that staff are under - he is able to maintain that professionalism without making the patient feel rushed or worried to ask questions.

I'd like to also note the reception staff were also kind and appeared well organised also. Regards
