"Restored my faith in standard of aftercare..."

Dear Sir or Madam, This is the third time I have put my views in writing comlimentry letters to Chorley Hospital and Leyland Ward. In January 2015 I had a knee replacement by the doctor and their team. I was very appreciative following bad experience with my first knee in 2010, at another hospital. In that instance the Surgeon was somewhat disappointed that they had to re- operate, on the said knee caused my neglect in the aftercare department. So it was after many thoughts I decided to have the second knee done at Chorley, I have to say as with hind sight I needed have worried as the doctor was very understanding about my fears and explained all that was going on. Their expertise given me a much better quality of life, and the aftercare was brilliant and every one was so kind and thoughtful and nothing was to much trouble. My thanks and respect to you all!!
