What I liked

On behalf of my husband, we were was totally surprised at how helpful, pleasant and friendly all the nurses were on Chuter Ede ward. Nothing was too much trouble for them. You could stop them and ask a question at any time, without them saying "in a minute". They helped immediately and always put you at ease. This is the first hospital I have been in where I found the staff so pleasant and not making exscuses about being too busy, yet they were busy, but didn't put that onto the patient, they made you feel important, not a nuisance. In fact I can't praise them enough, as it made my husband's short stay in hospital a very calm non worrying experience, which is at it should be. The nursing staff appeared to enjoy their work and always showed a very good attitude.

What could be improved

I cannot think of anything, as we were totally satisfied.

Also the doctors my husband has seen there were very kind and always answered questions when asked, instead of fobbing you off. In fact my whole experience of Epsom hospital was extremely good; 10 out of 10 and thankyou all so much.

It is always nice when patients take the time to feed back their experience at our Trust. I am pleased to read that your time at Epsom Hospital was so positive, I will certianly feed your comments back to the staff on Chuter Ede ward. I do hope you are recovering well.
