"Excellent experience"

My son required a small op to patch up a cut on his head. The team were fantastic - and we were very well looked after by the staff (especially on the Hascombe ward). At all times I was kept up to date with the process, things happened when I was told that they would, with the care of my son being central to everything that happened. Overall the feeling throughout the hospital was that everyone cared. This isn't something I have experienced always in other hospitals in the region. Many thanks to all involved
