What I liked

Just had a midwife appointment and although they were runing late due to staff sickness the level of care and compassion shown when we saw themidwife was fantastic. Even though they were pressed for time she gave us all the time we needed to ask questions.

thanks! the lady who took blood was also lovely very reassuring and it didnt hurt!

What could be improved

just that the board in the waiting area could state the length of waiting time so you know if you have time to pop off to get a paper

Exceptional service even when they are under pressure. Lovely ladies - thank you!

I am glad to read that even though the clinic was running late, you were given adequate time to ask all your questions.

It is important to the Trust that patients do feel reassured and supported even at our busiest times.

I will advise the department about making waiting times available for patients.
