"Excellent care"

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother who spent 10 days on Ward 5. We are so very grateful for the magnificent care she received in this excellent hospital. The staff have an extremely difficult job and yet find time and patience to take care of not just the big picture but also the small details that make so much difference to a stay in hospital. Their kindness extended to family members as well as to patients. I am awestruck at what they deliver. Yes, (reading other reviews) sometimes the buzzer isn't answered immediately, but it's understandable that they might be involved with another patient's needs, and they manage priorities seamlessly whilst attending to patients as quickly as possible. Quite simply the most marvellous environment and I recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for restoring our mother to health.
