"Injured my hand so dropped in on Thursday 7th May..."

Was there for 9am and didn't check opening times and doors opened at 10am. Was greeted politely by the receptionist and was seen within 15min. Was examined and told I would need some X-rays which happened within another 10min. The staff in here where extremely polite and even called me sir I would say they came across firm but I can understand why as it made instruction easy to follow and also they had a little production line going as must be a very busy department. Once X-Rays were done the doctor looking after me suspected there may be a brake so had me put in a temporary cast and booked me in at the JR for the following morning. The young nurse who put me in the cast was polite and neat. So after reading some of the other posts I have a few things to say 1) If these people ran around like everything was an emergency then accidents would happen and they would get tired very quickly. 2) A sense of humour on the ward is so needed and was great that everyone was laughing and smiling 3) I can imagine sometimes the wait can be huge and I was lucky but don't moan about the hospital as everyone I met was lovely 10/10 guys but in the nicest way I hope I don't see you for a while
