"Staff problems with Manor Hospital"

I was in the manor hospital Walsall and the care is awful. No one seems to care about the patient any more. The attitudes of the staff I met were appalling. The cleaners are the most polite and helpful people on the ward. The ward seemed to be ran by nearly all agency staff so there is never any consistency.

Some staff eat patients food. I have witnessed this myself. One nurse held onto a meal and told the patient it hadn't been sent from the kitchen just so she could have it herself. Once patients are fed the ward staff seemed to have what is left then disappear to the staff room to eat the food leaving the ward unmanned.
