"Thank you very much Forth Valley"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Neo-natal Intensive Care

(as a service user),

Got transferred from Wishaw general because there wasn't space for my partner and son because he was about to be born premature so we got transferred to Forth Valley.

I have been to hairmyres monklands and Wishaw and this is far the best hospital by a mile. My son was born here and was taken so well cared of we asked if we could stay. Staff were amazing any questions they answered the respect you get aswell is fantastic. My partner was looked after brilliant as well out 4 days after a c section. Place is absolutely spotless and that's anywhere you go.

Thank you very much forth valley for looking after my son and partner would recommend anyone to this hospital and the folks of Larbert are really lucky to have this amazing hospital

Congratulations on the birth of your wee boy.

What a worrying time for you and your partner, not only with your son being born earlier than expected but in a hospital unfamiliar to you.

Thank you for sharing your experiences of the unit with us, it is great to hear that both your partner and son have received such good care.

I have given your posting to the ward manager to share with staff who will be delighted with the feedback and knowing that they are giving good care.

I hope your wee boy is soon fit for home as I am sure you will be desperate for this day to come.

I would like to wish you and your family well for the future,

Gail
