"Not a very nice outcome for a NHS patient"

About: Bmi - The Somerfield Hospital

I have a consultation booked through NHS at the hospital about a problem that I still have in my hand (Carpal Tunnel) on 08/10/2014 at 18.15pm. The consultation went well and I didn't wait much for the doctor to see me. During the consultation he told that will be better if I do some tests to find out exactly the stage of it. They sent me to King's College Hospital in London to do some tests in my arms, fist and hands what I did on 09/12/14 at 1pm and was a spot on service. The problem start after that, because I never heard from them again or my local GP in Bower Mount Road. In the beginning of April I went to the GP and ask the receptionist, if they had something for me about the appointment made in October or about the test, they said "no letters for you madam". Infuriated about what was happen I went to the Somerfield Hospital and ask the receptionist if they had something for me, they said "nothing to do with us, you have to call to the secretary of the consultant" , what I did and they said "nothing to do with the consultant as we always wait for the GP to send us something". As you see the circle start again : GP - Somerfield Hospital - Consultant. What is possible? Now is about 7 months since I have the consultation and I didn't hear from them since? Maybe because I have been sent by NHS and if I am private patient maybe the history will be different. The history will be continue, because I am not going to live this way. I will come back later to tell how it's end.
