"Very poor management"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

Whilst the nursing staff are generally doing a good job the "management" is very poor if you manage to talk to them (which is quite difficult) they are very rude uncaring and seem to lack any sense of reality. I am unsure how a hospital can improve whilst being managed in this way. One manager should be noted as one of the worst people I have had the misfortune to have to talk to.

We're really sorry to hear that you felt the management you spoke with were not supportive. Your experience has been acknowledged and will be used to improve practice for the future.

Thank you for your kind comments about our nursing staff. We are concerned to hear what you say about 'management' and if you have concerns about a particular manager we would be grateful if you could contact our PALS service to provide them with more information in order that your concerns can be addressed.
