"Rude, vile person on the phone"

About: King's Mill Hospital

On the website some people have left comments to ring up first- so we did. My boyfriend was in agony. I asked if I could had to make an appointment. The vilest person snapped at me and said 'it's a walk in centre it's pretty self explanatory' so I put the phone down and we paid private. Lovely to see Kingsmill hire such empathetic staff. What a shambles.

From the information you have provided it appears this may have been the Primary 24 Service which is based on our site but comes under the remit of a different Trust.
