"A massive thank you"

I'd like to thank the member of staff in Therapy (Orthotics) I have been seeing them for the past few years as I am suffering from scarring alopecia. I get lots of compliments on my hair which is actually wigs that this member of staff has helped me to choose. I'd particularly like to thank them for going above and beyond today. I ordered my new wig a couple of weeks ago and this member of staff has chased this up for me and has arranged for my new wig to be delivered to my home as I am going on holiday tomorrow. I think this is just one example of going the extra mile and I would heartily like to thank them for being extremely helpful.
