About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

I had an operation in Blackpool Victoria's Cardiac day care centre yesterday. I was kept in over night and allowed out this morning. The surgeon assured me that all went well and that they are confident that my problems should now be over. I can not congratulate and praise all the staff (in theatre and in the ward) I came in contact with enough. They were all, without exception professional, polite and very caring! No one enjoys being in Hospital but if ones finds oneself in one no body could have asked for better treatment and care. A big thank you to you all that I had the good fortune to come across. Thank you for taking to time to post feedback about your visit to the Lancashire Cardiac Centre at Blackpool Victoria Hospital and I hope you are now recovering well from your procedure.

The attitude and approach of our staff is critical to delivering quality care and I’m pleased they all made such an excellent impression on you. Positive feedback is just as important to us as negative feedback so we can learn from the examples our colleagues in the Cardiac Unit have set and gain greater awareness of how our patients experience our services.
