"Care at A&E"

After only a short wait at A&E, i was seen by a Consultant, a very professional, caring docor, who asked thorough questions, told me i needed to be x-rayed and i was surprised that they even accompanied me to the x-ray room where the x-ray technician made me feel comfortable, then having x-rayed me, directed me to go to the Acute Medical Unit for the result. Another doctor showed me images in their computer and explained them to me. They were also very thorough and made me feel really taken cared of, making me understand what is happening to me. They then ordered a blood test.and sputum test, all handled efficiently. No time was wasted; the flow of care is amazing, the doctors and staff are all efficient, showed caring and respect.; all worked in harmony. Highly commendable!
