About: Kettering General Hospital

Even though I had to wait for 45 minutes longer than my appointment was, a lovely nurse apologised and explained why! Also when I was being seen, the orthopedist was a lovely person who was very gentle with my shoulder and seemed to go through everything very clearly and examined my shoulder thoroughly!

I am pleased to hear you found the nurse who explained why your appointment was delayed to be lovely and that you felt the orthopaedist who cared for you was gentle and thorough. Unfortunately I am unable to pass on your comments to the individuals who cared for you as I have no information regarding who they are but I will ensure your comments are passed onto the team.
