My daughter was first admitted to the Lucina department and was given first class attention from all of the staff. We had mainly two particular midwives during our time there and they were very kind to us. We then moved to the labour ward and had another midwife, again lovely care given to us. Doctors and in the end theatre staff helped deliver the baby, so much kindness shown by all of the staff. Then on ward 25 and at one point in the transitional baby care unit the staff were excellent to us. Even a nurse that was outside in the rain off duty had time to talk to us about the babies progress. I got lost on the way to the restaurant and staff going off duty again helped me by taking me to where i wanted to go. All done without any asking on my part. Our experience has been excellent, I will certainly be telling people about it to. Thank you all very much for your kindness.
