Was given a letter to just turn up at the Xray Department from my GP and we arrived at the Xray Department at about 12.15. Receptionist was very friendly and polite and we were asked to take a seat in the waiting area. Within five minutes my name was called and was taken into a room where someone explained everything that was going to be done and what all the machinery overhead was about. They were friendly, polite and as I`m wheelchair dependant 24/7, they allowed my husband to come into the room (before and after the Xrays) to assist me in turning, and getting on and off the bed. They then explained what the next stages were and when the Consultant/GP would receive the Xrays. Ten minutes later we were on our way home. Thank you for your wonderful treatment and time keeping. We were In, Out with No Waiting Involved....Magic....you have a wonderful team member here. Couldn`t select Xray Dept as not in the Drop Down Box!
