"Horrible service"

I have been to the hospital outpatient department almost two weeks ago. The waiting times were very long and when I finally got to see the doctor my results from earlier tests that I had done that day were not in the system. Hence I had to wait half an hour longer, but apparently there were system issues so then they send me home. The doctor decided to call me later when they were finally able to see the test results and they left me a voice mail, which was not clear at all. They told me I had to get an operation and the waiting times would be 3 to 4 weeks, although afterwards I have received a letter stating to come back in 6 months. After almost a week of trying to get in touch with the hospital (which is very difficult due to long waiting times again over the phone) and rude customer service, I have decided to get my operation elsewhere because I am in so much pain. So try to avoid this hospital at all costs as they are very unprofessional.
