Excellent at A&E yet again with my daughter everyone nurses doctors all staff thank u so much for all your endless patience everyone of u always shine always a smile,help, well spoken, spotless proffesional friendly just the absolute best! Cant possibly get any better. I waited quite a while but was checked on regular by the doctors and nurses, i will never complain even if I had to wait 10 hours because you don't realise that while you're waiting this means that you're children or you are well enough to be left waiting and that is the beauty of it! U don't realise until you jump all the queue and be rushed to resuss with your child that then is the time to worry not when youre sat waiting, please remember that and compliment not complain

Thank you for taking the time to write to us.

It was very uplifting and heartwarming to read your post.

I have passed your comments to the Matron and Head of nursing for A&E at Leeds General Infirmary and have asked that they pass these onto their team.

I understand that waiting in A&E can be a stressful and exasperating experience due to the long waits however I am very pleased to read that you understand the reasons behind this.
