"Shinning Example of the the NHS At its best!"

Suffering a rare life threatening condition over years of battling with Medical professionals who do not understand, recognise the condition of Hae. My experience at Royal London Day Care was to say the least refreshing. The staff, each and everyone where professional, empathic and respectful. Taking time to listen and act when needed. I do not use these words lightly, as previuos experiences at other hospitals have left me distrustful and apprehensive of any hospital until yesterday. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service and care, much appreciated and valued. Be proud of yourselves and the work you do, continue to set an example to others in the NHS.
